Questions schools ask
Who pays the substitute?
Zubs pays our substitutes and handles taxes and onboarding. Your school pays Zubs.
Do you work with private and charter schools?
Yes. We focus on private Christian and Catholic schools in the Greater Houston area, and we are glad to talk with charter schools and districts too.
Can we request the same substitute again?
Yes. If a substitute does well in your school, tell us and we will send them back whenever they are available.
